Mistletoe & Wine

The Christmas period is not a time for doing work, and yet I had a tonne to do! But with temptation of joining in with the festive spirit being too great to turn down, i ended up leaving all of my work until the last few days of the Christmas holidays.
I would just like to take the time to thank my mum for giving me the swift kick up the backside that i needed otherwise my work probably wouldn't get done at all. Anyway, the essay was where i started -well from where I left off anyway.
Several long days of writing, and several excruciating long hours of research later my essay was done! I'm not a huge fan of writing, I don't even annotate my sketchbook never mind writing a 1000 word essay, so I can definitely say I'm glad to see the back of it. Along with my essay, I needed to do a mood board to complete my 'The Decade Project'. But this was the easy bit, a while ago, i bought a couple of 1940's replica packs, so sticking those onto an A1 piece of card was relatively easy.
Onto the bit I'd been dreading. My sketchbook with the project all about me. I didn't think I could take anymore of myself but I powered on through like a little work horse and finally completed it twelve hours before it had to be handed in, just in time to settle down with a Krispy Kreme doughnut and watch Greys Anatomy.
